Over the course of three days, participants will engage in both theoretical learning and practical application, covering coffee origins, bean types, grinding techniques, espresso extraction, milk frothing, and presentation. You'll leave with a deeper appreciation for the craft of coffee-making and the skills to deliver exceptional customer service in any hospitality setting.
