Basic Emergency First Aid Responder (First Aid Level 1) is an essential training program designed to equip individuals with the fundamental skills and knowledge needed to provide immediate assistance during medical emergencies. This comprehensive two-day course serves as the foundation for understanding how to respond effectively to injuries and illnesses, making it an invaluable skill for anyone.

- Primary & secondary assessment.

- AED – Automated external defibrillator.
- Respiratory distress – including artificial respiration.
- Choking – blocked airway; adult, child, & infant.
- Identify & manage shock.
- Cardiac arrest & strokes.
- Thermal stress (environmental emergencies).
- Wounds & bleeding.
- Burns & fractures.
- Dislocations, strains, & sprains.
- Unconsciousness & fainting.
- Head & spinal injuries.
- Poisoning, bites, & stings.
