
The Room Attendant Skills Programme is a CATHSSETA accredited skills programme designed to equip learners with the practical housekeeping skills required in accommodation establishments. The programme covers preparing beds, handling linen, servicing guest bedrooms, bathrooms and toilet areas, deep cleaning floors and soft furnishings, and servicing self-catering kitchen areas.
Learners are also trained in the correct handling and storage of cleaning equipment and materials, maintaining health, hygiene and professional appearance, and ensuring safe and secure working environments. The programme integrates theory and workplace-based learning to prepare learners for employment as room attendants in hotels, lodges, guesthouses, and other accommodation facilities.

Inhouse Duration: 4 Days.
Distance Learning Duration: 4 Weeks.
